On Saturday, April 19, the Lake Dallas Middle School Jazz Band competed at the famous Sandy Lake Band Festival. The band earned unanimous First Division (Superior) ratings, and also was named Most Outstanding Middle School Jazz Band in Class!
Soloists included Elizabeth Lentz (trumpet), Isaac Girard (trumpet), Andy Davis (trumpet), Andie Jackson (tenor saxophone), Jared Weatheread (trombone), Christopher Schroyer (trombone), Tyler Chidester (drum set), Robbie Sharp (baritone saxophone) and Angela Shin (piano).
