PUBLIC NOTICE: RECORDS TO BE DESTROYED
Lake Dallas ISD Special Education records are destroyed in compliance with federal law 7 years after the cessation of special education services through either graduation, withdrawal or dismissal.  Accordingly, LDISD will destroy special education records from 2005-06 school year or earlier on July 11, 2013.  Those students or their legal guardian may request their records prior to destruction by contacting Donnetta Walker, LDISD Sp. Ed. Dept., no later than Noon, July 8, 2013, either at 940-497-1409 or by email to donnetta@ldisd.net.
