Solving a Hardware Problem:
Use the “Troubleshooting” tips link first (look left) - if those don’t help then submit a technology work order

If you get locked out of your network log-on account, ask someone to e-mail the Help Desk for you.  This is more reliable than calling the Help Desk.  Network accounts automatically unlock after 30 minutes.

Logging on to Your Classroom Computer or Email Account:
- contact Darla Kendrick - 497- 8406 or have someone email the Help Desk for you

Integrating Technology into your Curriculum or Creating Web Pages:
- contact Karen Selwood or 497-1511

Using Gradebook, WebSpeed (on-line attendance) or School Assyst:
refer to the gradebook manual or contact Kim Retherford or 497-1548.

Purchasing Software or Hardware:
First, check with your campus principal to see that you have money in your budget to cover the purchase.  Then, contact Sony Simon or 497-1549 for compatibility, pricing and/or availability.  See the link for Purchasing Hardware & Software on the left.
