Use your Subject Line Wisely
When sending an e-mail, it is considered good "netiquette" to use an appropriate description for the subject line of the e-mail message. The subject line can help someone remember which e-mail they want to save or refer back to. Ambiguous subject lines can cause frustration when trying to refer back to a particular e-mail. Ambiguous subject lines can also cause an e-mail message to be ignored, overlooked, or dropped by the email server (thinking its spam or a virus).
So choose your words carefully, the subject line can dictate how your e-mail message is received.
