To Use a Background Image Other than the Ones Provided by FirstClass:
- Locate the background image you want to use and save it to your teacher folder
- Copy the image to your computer's desktop
- Drag the image from your computer's desktop into your Home Page folder
- Or go to FILE and UPLOAD - browse to the location of the image and upload it to your home page folder
- Note the EXACT name of this file (example: stars.gif)
- Click on the "Global Elements" tab
- Then click on the "Body/Footer" tab
- Click the" Background Image File Name" textbox and type an asterisk (*) and the background image file name in the "Background Image File Name" box in the upper right-hand portion of the screen (example: *stars.gif)
- X out of the screen & check out your web page to see if you like the way that background looks on your web page
