We use HCK Web Templates to create our web pages. This is an add-on to FirstClass so we really don't use FirstClass web pages. If you accidentally add a FirstClass web skin to your web page - it completely changes (messes up) your original formatting. To correct this (remove teh web skin) follow the steps lusted below:
Double-click the HCK Help icon on the FirstClass desktop -
Maximize that screen
Click the "Fix HCK" button on the far right-hand end of the tool bar
You will get the following screen - then click OK
That's it! You will probably have to hit the refresh button to see the changes on your web page.
