We need pictures of your 8th grade student!! If possible, please send pictures in the digital versions. For each picture - include with the email the following information: Individual                                    Group Last Name                                    Event or Activity (ie. soccer team, shopping, band concert, etc)    First Name                                    Approximate Date of activity Age in Photo    Digital pictures and their information can be emailed to the dance email by APRIL 18th : 2012LDMS@live.com. Or, we have a parent committee who will work to scan any photos to use in the slideshow. You will need to complete the 8th Grade Dance Slideshow Picture Form.doc for each picture submitted and drop it off at the LDMS front office by APRIL 18TH please There will be a 'crate" in the LDMS front office for parents to place pictures and forms in. (Your child will have an opportunity to pick up the photo(s) at the dance.  If not, then please pick up photo at LDMS office by May 7th.) Questions?
