Use the Attendance link on the left to complete the Absence Form.
Please fill out this attendance form for your child if any part of the school day is missed. Choose the specific campus your child attends.
The school must receive this completed form and any required documentation within three (3) school days of your child's return to school. Please only one student absence per form.
Note: Please remember that student attendance is crucial to learning and their success. We do ask that appointments are scheduled outside of the regular school hours as much as reasonably possible.EARLY PICK UP
Students will not be released between 2:45 pm - 3:00 pm from the office. If you need to pick your student up early from school please arrive prior to 2:45 pm.
TRANSPORTATION CHANGES
If your student is to go home in a different manner then they normally do, please send a a written note to the teacher advising the change(s) and date(s).
If there is an unforeseeable reason please call the office at 940-497-2222 before 2:30 pm.
Please note that requests for afternoon transportation changes for your student cannot be taken after 2:30pm.
