Leader in Me dates for the 2019-20 school year are set!  5th graders from all three elementary campuses will meet at LDISD Central Services from 11 am to 1 pm on these dates:

Mar. 25

Field Trips are set for Nov. 15 and April 17, and the group will be recognized at the Board of Trustees meeting on April 20, 2020.

Corinth Elementary 5^th Grader Evan Jones became Mayor for a Day in Hickory Creek, Texas, on Tuesday, April 16.  Mayor Lynn Clark selected Jones in a random drawing of Lake Dallas ISD Leader in Me students.

Evan toured the City Hall and Police department as well as meeting with the mayor, city manager and city council members prior to the council meeting. He also sat with the mayor and helped conduct the meeting by calling it to order with a special gavel engraved with his name, leading in the pledges and helping with agenda items and presentations.
