Lauren brings a rich and varied background in both public education and organizational leadership. Most recently serving at Hawk Elementary in Denton ISD, Lauren has led in multiple capacities including Campus Mentor Liaison, Grade-Level Team Leader, and a member of the Campus Leadership Team. Her commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive school culture has made a measurable impact on staff growth and student achievement.
Before transitioning to education, Lauren’s career in business and human resources gave her a sharp eye for talent development, strategic planning, and creating strong organizational systems—skills that now elevate her impact as an instructional leader.
