At the April regular monthly meeting of the LDISD Board of Trustees, LDHS students who excelled at the district UIL meet were recognized for their accomplishment.
00Alaina Clemens earned 1st place in Spelling & Vocabulary for the third consecutive year, while Lily Hoffman made program history as the first LDHS student to advance to the Regional Contest in Lincoln-Douglas Debate, finishing 2nd overall.
In addition, the LDHS Math Team secured a strong 2nd place finish overall, showcasing advanced problem-solving skills across a wide range of mathematical disciplines.
