LDISD Board Vice President Graduates from Leadership TASB

master trustee

Lake Dallas ISD is proud to celebrate Board of Trustees Vice President Mrs. Ginger Collier, who has officially graduated from the Leadership TASB Class of 2025, earning the esteemed designation of Master Trustee—the highest honor awarded by the Texas Association of School Boards (TASB). 🎉

Mrs. Collier was one of only 33 school board members statewide selected for the highly competitive, yearlong program designed to elevate leadership and governance in Texas public schools. As part of the executive-level Leadership TASB cohort, she participated in extensive training sessions, visited innovative school districts across Texas, and collaborated with fellow trustees on research into four of the most pressing issues facing public education today.

During the program’s final session, each team presented their findings—offering bold ideas and practical solutions rooted in real-world experience. Throughout the journey, Mrs. Collier built a powerful network of peers and sharpened her ability to serve the Lake Dallas community with even greater insight, courage, and heart.

Reflecting on her experience, Mrs. Collier shared,

“Leadership TASB gave me the opportunity to learn from other districts, explore new ideas, and think differently about how we serve students. I’m grateful for the chance to grow as a board member and bring what I’ve learned back to support Lake Dallas ISD.”

With this achievement, Mrs. Collier continues to show what it means to put #FalconsFirst. Her dedication to lifelong learning and strong leadership is a win not just for our board—but for every student and staff member in Lake Dallas ISD.

Congratulations, Master Trustee Collier!
