LDMS Artists Compete at Junior VASE

At the May regular monthly meeting of the LIDSD Board of Trustees, we recognized our students from Lake Dallas Middle school that competed at the Junior Visual Arts Scholastic Event (JrVASE)!
LDMS competed with 60 pieces of art, 55 of which earned the highest possible score! 8 students from LDMS received an additional “Platinum Honor” for their work, signifying that they placed in the top 10% of the event.
Lake Dallas took away over 10% of the total Platinum Honors for the entire event.
