Elementary School Events

Join our elementary principals at Popsicles with Principals!

This event will be held at each elementary campus, on the playground from 5-6 p.m. We hope to see you there!

All elementary families are invited to attend Elementary Meet the Teacher Night on August 11!

This is a great opportunity to meet your child's teacher, bring their school supplies, and see the classroom before the first day of school!

Lake Dallas Middle School Events

All students who will be attending Lake Dallas Middle School for the first time are invited to attend Falcon Camp on August 11!

This is a great opportunity for students to see the campus, walk their schedule, and more!

Parents are invited to tour the campus as well!

Lake Dallas Middle School Schedule and Device Pick Up will take place in the LDMS Library!

Monday August 11 from 9am-12 noon for returning students only.
Monday August 11 from 3-6 pm for all LDMS students
Tuesday, August 12 from 12-5pm for all LDMS students

A parent/guardian must be with their student in order for the student to pick up their device.

Lake Dallas High School Events

Lake Dallas High School schedule and technology pick up is scheduled by grade level!

Pick up for Seniors, Juniors, and Sophomores will be in the new CTE Building.

Freshman schedule pick up will take place inside the cafeteria during Fish Camp.

Anyone unable to attend during these times may pick up their schedules and devices during Open House on August 7 from 5:30-7:00pm.

Fish Camp is the LDHS Freshman Orientation!

ALL Freshman and their parents are encouraged to attend the duration of Fish Camp.

During camp, a parent information meeting will be offered at 4:30pm, and again at 6:00pm.

Celebrate the end of summer in true Falcon style! Join us for Falcon Community Spirit Night at the Texas Rangers game on Sunday, August 10 at Globe Life Field. This special night brings together Lake Dallas ISD students, families, and staff for one final summer celebration before we head back to school!

Come decked out in your green and white, represent Falcon Nation with pride, and enjoy a night of baseball, community spirit, and unforgettable memories. It’s the perfect way to wrap up summer and gear up for an exciting new school year.
