School-owned instruments for the 2022-2023 school year will be distributed during our June 2 Registration Day. Instruments will be available for pick up between 1:00 and 7:00 pm in the main band hall. 

Some students may have a marching instrument AND a concert instrument to pick up, so be sure you plan transportation accordingly.

Procedure for checking out a school-owned instrument: A LDISD Loan Agreement must be completed on site and signed by the student AND a parent before an instrument is released.

A parent may sign out an instrument without the student present. However, a student may not take an instrument without a parent's signature. 

The yearly fee for a school-owned instrument rental is $100 (regardless of how many instruments are assigned) and will be charged to the student's Charms account. This includes percussionists and color guard members who will use school-owned equipment for the duration of the school year. 

If you are unable to pick up your instrument at this time, please contact the band office to schedule a time.

As we approach the new season, many families will be trying to access their student's Charms accounts. Here are instructions on how to reset your password from the comfort of your own home. 

In the event that these instructions do not produce the results you desire, please send an email to Ms. Kennedy and your password will be reset manually. Note that password reset links are only good for 24 hours!

You may also  change your user-generated password at any time!
