Texas Department of State Health Services requires returning students be current with all required immunizations prior to the first day of school.
Students whose immunization records are incomplete—or do not have a current immunization exemption certificate on file by the first day of school—will not be admitted to class. To verify that your child’s immunization records are current, please contact your child’s physician or school nurse today.
