I graduated from Texas Women’s University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.  I received a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Lamar University. I have 27 years of experience in public education.  This will be my 26th year with Lake Dallas ISD Falcon Family. I previously taught Special Education, First Grade, Reading Recovery and Accelerated Reading. I have been the District Textbook Coordinator and Social Studies Coordinator. In 1998 I identified the need for an employee child care program and was the Child Care Director for 3 years.  Currently, I am the District Assessment, Section 504 and Counseling Coordinator. 

My educational roots have been grounded in Lake Dallas ISD from starting Kindergarten in 1973 to graduating in the Class of 1986! My husband, daughter and son are also life-long Falcons.
