Welcome to Shady Shores Elementary! It is my honor to be starting my first year at Shady Shores Elementary and to join the Lake Dallas family. 

I graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Communication Studies. I received a Master's Degree in Educational Administration from Lamar University.  I previously taught Texas History at both Dallas ISD and Denton ISD. I have also served on numerous leadership committees and served the districts I've worked with through Curriculum and Instruction.  I live in Denton with my husband, Glen, and my son, Dylan. I am thrilled to be joining the Falcon Family.
