Parents Needing Technical Support During Virtual Learning
Families who need assistance during virtual learning are welcome to contact our temporary technology help desk via email at email@example.com or by phone at 940-497-1594. Because of a high volume of support calls, if you do not reach one of us in by phone, please submit your request to our email address. Under the current call volume, sending an email will help us process all the information we need in order to quickly resolve your support needs.
When submitting by email, please provide student names, campus, home address and phone number, for verification, and a brief description of your support need.
Questions regarding scheduling, Skyward Family Access, food service, and other campus concerns, should be directed to the campus of your student. Class-specific questions should be directed to your child's teacher.

About Our Department
The Lake Dallas ISD Technology Department is responsible for maintaining the district's data processing hardware and software and the information contained in those systems.
Our department is challenged with building and maintaining the networking infrastructure, telephone systems and Internet access for the district.
