New K-12 Student Registration

Future Falcons will find registration and online enrollment information for K-12 students as well as Pre-K registration enrollment guidelines, information and links here.
LDISD uses an ONLINE ENROLLMENT system. The first step to enrolling your new student online is to complete the "Request an account" form. After completing the request form, you will receive information that you will use to log in to a secure system.
For New K-12 Student enrollment, you will be asked to upload or bring to campus the following items:
- Birth certificate (original)
- Complete, up-to-date, Immunization Record that is verified by a physician or health clinic
- Proof of residency (Ex. Utility bill, rental contract, proof of home purchase)
- Social Security Card (original)
