Lake Dallas ISD’s temporary help desk is continuing to support families with their technology needs, and staff are working to return all messages. If all support personnel are busy and the phone line is not answered, please direct messages to email so staff can best manage requests.
As a reminder, the help desk will provide families with assistance for Chromebooks, Classlink and Gmail. The help desk can be reached via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 940-497-1594. Emails should include the following information: student name(s), campus, home address and phone number (for verification), and a brief description of your support needs.
Families who need assistance with Skyward Family Access, such as resetting a password in that service, or general campus concerns should continue to contact their child’s campus front office. General questions about a specific class should be directed to the teacher.
So far, the help desk has responded to more than 500 support requests. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and patience as technology staff work to address all questions.

Through Classlink, elementary students will have access to SeeSaw and secondary students will have access to Canvas once their district Google accounts are linked.
