Lake Dallas ISD is profoundly saddened by the death of Lake Dallas High School teacher and coach Bill Cosper. Coach Cosper was known to our Falcon Family for his devotion to students, with a heart for his athletes as well as the entire student body.

Funeral services for Bill Cosper will take place Friday, Feb. 5. Visitation with the family will last from 5 to 7 p.m. at Thousand Hills Church in Corinth, located at 3201 Tower Ridge Drive. The memorial service will follow at 7 p.m., though because of COVID-19 restrictions there will be limited seating capacity. The family requests that guests please provide seating priority to out-of-town attendees as well as coaching staffs in attendance.

For those unable to be seated for the service, it will be live streamed from the Dalton and Sons Funeral Home's Facebook page. Facebook accounts are not required to watch the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Lake Cities Education Foundation, directed to the Bill Cosper Memorial Scholarship Endowment.
