13 Career and Technical Education Students Advance to State

13 TAFE Students Advanced to State

The Lake Dallas High School Texas Association of Future Educators (TAFE), led by Ms. Gina Minassain, competed in the TAFE Area 10 competition on Saturday, December 4th at Fort Worth Brewer High School.  The results are in . . . nine events and thirteen students advanced to state and will be competing at the Teach Tomorrow Summit in March.

Each student had to plan and execute a project on campus, then present in front of a panel of judges. Each project has a set of guidelines and judges rubric for scoring. Members participated in the following events.
