Barbara Pitt joins our team as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction.  She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education degree from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio, and a master of Education in Educational Administration from Texas Christian University.

She holds Principal EC-12 and Superintendent EC-12 certifications as well as Elementary PK-8, ESL PK-8, and English Language Arts and Reading/Social Studies 4-8 certifications.

Barbara began her career in education as an elementary teacher in Fort Worth ISD.

She has most recently served as the Principal of Monaco Elementary School in Aubrey ISD.  Her administrative experience prior to that includes working as a Secondary Assistant Principal in Plano ISD, Campus Testing Coordinator at Coppell High School, Special Programs Coordinator at Trinity Basin Preparatory, Secondary Assistant Principal at Millsap High School, and Assistant Principal in Weatherford ISD.
