HOSA Advances 7 to State
Lake Dallas ISD is proud to announce that seven students will be attending the Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) state conference in San Antonio from March 28-30. Sixteen students represented Lake Dallas High School at the preceding HOSA Area 5 Leadership Conference that was hosted in Tarrant County College last month.

Cora Terrell (12th), First in Extemporaneous Writing
Amanda Lawrence (12th), Second in Pharmacy Science
Landon Islas (11th), Third in Forensic science
Amanda Garnet (11th), Third in Forensic science
Samantha Friday (12th), Fourth in Medical Art
Kelsey Quinn (11th), HOSA Happenings
Grace Gosselin (11th), HOSA Happenings

As HOSA members, these Lake Dallas students have the opportunity to develop their leadership skills as well as network with other students, universities, and healthcare professionals.
The students representing Lake Dallas ISD are looking forward to the HOSA state conference and are studying in preparation for the action-packed event.
