2. Phone 940-497-8406 (help desk) - Please provide as many specifics as possible when calling for technology or curriculum issues. The following details will be helpful to the support team:
- Parent name, or student name
- Campus the student attends
- Device you are using when the issue occurs (chromebook, phone, pc, mac)
- Action(s) you are trying to accomplish when the issue occurs
(e.g., access a web page, submit an assignment, login to a device, connect to wifi, etc.)
- best number or email address to reach you, including any relevant times of day
